Mid-Atlantic Deanery Meeting
On 22 June 2019 we had a deanery meeting. We had a beautiful Liturgy, mainly in Church Slavonic and if you would ask for Deacon Michael, every deacon would had responded. There were three deacons, and each one of us was Deacon Michael. And to make things even more interesting, we also had Archpriest Michael serving with us.Serving opportunities were divided equally among the deacons, including finishing the Chalice at the end of the Liturgy.
When I walked into the temple, I was warmly greeted by the priest's wife. I felt completely at home the whole time that I was there.
At the meeting we discussed, among other things, the Convocation and the 50th anniversary celebration of our diocese.
