Lisa's Party
Have you ever thought about what makes a good party? Yes, food is a factor and a very important one. I remember only one party where there was little or no food and it was not a great party. Yes, there was plenty of alcohol there, but most of us there were not big drinkers.
Some people think that you must have music and dancing. The parties which I enjoyed the most had very little music and no dancing. But there was always food.
Lisa's party always have plenty of food and good company, the other ingredient for a great party. Plus, she has some interesting contests and she distributes prizes and nobody leaves without winning something. Her contests always ask very interesting questions. Last year there was some confusion on one of the questions and my seminary background prepared me to answer it and explain the answer.
Because of other commitments, I was late for her party this year, but I did make an appearance. By the time that I arrived, most people were leaving.
