Snow January 2008
We had our first snow. It was not as bad as the weatherman apparently predicted. I was at work during most of it and from the monitor in front of my desk I watched it fall outside our door.
Of course, I took some photographs. I had to get the photograph of the father carrying his daughter home from school. We constantly hear about the absent black father, but we do not hear about the black father who is there for his children and his wife and his community.
These photographs were taken near my place of employment.
