CPHA Annual Meeting, 2007
The annual meeting of th eCitizens Planning and Housing Association took place on Wednesday 5 December 2007 and the location was the Railroad Express building across the street from Penn Station. About two years ago to get from my office to the meeting would had been a one-minute walk.
