If you have not heard Archiglas, you owe it to yourself to hear them. Those of us who attended the consert Tuesday 13 May 2008 really had a great time.
Archiglas first came to my church years ago when I was working in the Warehouse at Comcast. Fr. Michael Roshak arranged for them to come to St. Andrew. They were a big hit. Pat brought me their CDs and I took it to work and shared it with my boss, David Eichelberger, my supervisor at Comcast. At the time I belonged to St. Andrew and David belonged to Holy Trinity.
He listened to the CD and loved it and started making inquiries to get them to come to Holy Trinity. Now they come on a regular basis. We also have other groups coming and you can go to our website to find out about upcoming events.
Meanwhile, please enjoy the photos. Many of them were taken without flash. Eventually I hope to purchase the 50mm f/1.8 Nikkor lens which would be ideal for this type of event. If you have one that would work on a D50 digital dSLR and don't need it, please let me know.
